For years, the Vermont Wagyu program has curated a very special offering of fullblood Wagyu genetics and this year is no different. Featuring impressive guest lots from Nordik Wagyu, Elite Wagyu Genetics, and only the best from the Vermont Wagyu herd, the 2024 Production sale is not to be missed. Join us on Friday, September 6th, to view the offering and take the opportunity to learn about beef grading on an international scale and, while learning, taste test those different grades. Vermont Wagyu also becomes an open-book regarding thier e-commerce marketing and promotions behind it, all to help you take your program's product to the next level. The excitement continues on Saturday, September 7th, at 10:00am EST with a presentation by Vermont Wagyu's very own butcher to discuss general cuts and, more importantly, value-added products to utilize the carcass entirely and, in turn, make it more profitable. On Saturday, September 7th, Vermont Wagyu's vet will speak on general care of Wagyu and the sale will begin promptly at 1:00pm EST, bidding and viewing online available through LiveAuctions.tv.
